First, check to make sure that you are running the most recent version of rdseed. The DMC software page indicates the current release version for nearly all of its distributed tools.
If you have the newest version and you still get an error message, you may have a corrupted SEED volume. If you cannot troubleshoot the cause of the error, please send an e-mail to webmaster@iris.edu to ask for assistance.
