T. Ahern to write a letter to AGI regarding 3D Marine Seismic Active Source Data and request that the IRIS DMC receive a copy of this data for distribution to the research community.
T. Ahern to find out how to improve announcement of software updates from the DMC Developers.
Wiens/Nolet & Ahern to request that the GSN SC direct network operators to perform regularly scheduled instrument calibration at each station. DMC will make old (ie obsolete since correction) Response files accessible to users.
T. Ahern to contact David Lambert regarding IRIS collaboration with CIG in the context of responding to the Cyberinfrastructure RFP. DMC staff will take part in CIG conference calls.
Ahern to investigate steps to get Japanese Hi-net network data available in US through more standard request mechanisms.
Ahern to determine the impact of storing continuous 100 Hz data from US regional networks at the IRIS DMC.
Ahern and Nolet will draft a letter to Kim indicating that IRIS will not impose an artificial delay in access to regional network data.
Nolet to contact Alan Lavender regarding Morozov proposal and how such activities can relate to the DMS.
Nettles to lead subcommittee established to recommend parameters regarding SPYDER®/FARM event criteria with an emphasis on products for USArray.
Committee consists of K. Creager, D. McNamara, G. Nolet, J. Ebel, Chaired by M. Nettles.
Contact TESEO group to see if IRIS can assist in defining the metadata for digitized seismograms, and to obtain INGV permission for IRIS to distribute TESEO software in the US.
Task UofW to pick PASSCAL data (when PI allows this) for data in the FARM and SPYDER® products as part of the FY07 UW statement of work.
