Geoscience Field Trip: Hydrogeological and Water-Resource Features Of The Edwards Aquifer

This preconference field trip o is designed for undergraduates, graduates, postdocs registered to attend the 2013 SACNAS National Conference that are interested in learning more about the geoscience and geoscience career opportunities.

This field trip explores interesting hydrogeologic and cultural features of the Edwards aquifer in San Antonio. Participants will explore the hydrogeologic setting of Northern San Antonio with visits to multiple locations including Bear and Cub Caves, Olmos Basin well field, Blue Hole, San Antonio Springs, and Steves Homestead well.
