Meteorologist Cheryl Nelson traveled to Alaska to interview some of the world's top scientific researchers about climate change and seismology. IRIS seismologist Dr. Kasey Alderhold and IRIS Station Specialist Ryan Bierma take Cheryl on a tour of the USArray Transportable Array in Alaska and explain some of the mysteries of earthquakes and what scientists are learning about seismology that could potentially save thousands of lives.
