NSF Announcement - EarthScope National Office

The solicitation for the next EarthScope National Office has been released and is now available from http://nsf.gov/funding/pgm_summ.jsp?pims_id=5618&org=NSF&sel_org=NSF&from=fund. The solicitation ID is 10-576.

This solicitation calls for proposals to establish a community-based EarthScope National Office. The Office will:

Foster and support integrated science, education, outreach, and related activities for the EarthScope program;
Facilitate and coordinate EarthScope scientific planning and education and outreach activities;
Facilitate collaborative research; and
Form, when necessary, scientific responses to "events" in EarthScope topics and/or regions of interest.
